Sean D. Gardella
Sean’s experience, passion and ingenuity stem from a 25 year career offering both design and construction for satisfied Clients from Michigan to New York. His background is based in ultra-high end custom home building for the past twenty years. His ability to design and build structures of complex nature and award winning-cutting edge architecture have garnered him a Clientele list of the best professionals in their fields. He thrives on offering Clients exceeding customer service, fiscal responsibility and value engineering through the entire design / build process. Sean has a degree in Accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Green Profession by the NAHB.
Renee Pricopio
The Construction Coordinator role is the glue behind the SDGA Team. Renee manages the process flow from the "War Room" at the SDGA offices and make certain each team member is coordinating with over 1,500 Vendors and other team members. Renee's background is in office management where she host a degree from Detroit College of Business.
Raymond Gardella
As Executive Supervisor, Ray brings his abilities as a seasoned veteran of the residential construction industry, of 53 years; there isn't a situation that Ray hasn't encountered. His drive to get the job done and his passion for the arts have given him the ability to successfully deliver home after home.
Tom Burke
Tom came to SDGA as a remodel specialist and has grown his skillset to take on our complicated new builds as Site Supervisor. He brings his abilities as a seasoned veteran of the residential construction industry, of 35 years; there isn't a situation that Tom hasn't encountered. His understanding of precisely how the building comes together from first hand experience is a key asset to our complexed projects.
Dave Barnes
As Site Supervisor, Dave brings his abilities as a carpentry framer for decades of the very type of buildings we construct everyday. Part of the residential construction industry for 40 years, Dave has a keen sense of what drives project schedules and brings that input to the job site and our Clients everyday. He knows what delivers successful and on time results and cares deeply about the quality of our construciton practices.
Karen Mardirosian
The Accounting Manager role at SDGA is key to the function and flow of our process. Karen has numerous years of experience in job cost accounting; with this skill set Karen manages both the SDGA accounting system and provides the vital information to our Clients that allows them to manage their construction finances throughout the process.
Jesus Garcia
As Site Maintenance Manager, Jesse has far ranging responsibilities to ensure each job site is safe, clean and ready for the next task. Jesse's knowledge of the process and meticulous attention to detail keep projects moving forward with unwavering quality.
Xavier Hovinen
Our close out specialist, Xavier is tasked with detailing the projects as they near completion and are readied for turn over. He is on site daily to personally detail the residence and look for areas that need attention.

Sean Gardella actively supports the Holley Institute, a non-profit organization that provides life-enhancing programs for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, including new born screening,
American Sign Language classes, full audiology services and a variety of family programs. In 1993 the Holley Institute commenced a development, the Family Village, for the deaf on Vineyard Lake in the Irish Hills Region of Michigan. The first complex built for the institute was a building that houses 24 families for lodging and networking. Five years later the a performing arts building, The Village Commons, was added for the assembly and deaf stage performances. Most recently, a third building, a fine arts building for deaf artist and students, was added.
Sean D. Gardella, acting Vice Chairman, remains committed to assisting Ardis Gardella and the Holley Institute in annual fund raising programs for the deaf.
Sean is part of the HFOT Bank of America Chicago Marathon Team. Together with fellow participants he will raise $60,000 toward the HFOT mission to build and donate specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post 9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives!
